There is no dress code - just wear something you feel comfortable moving in.
Most people wear:
Jeans, trousers or skirts
Soft, comfortable shoes (ideally not too grippy, like plimsolls, light trainers or dance shoes)
No high heels or slippery soles required - this isn't Strictly!
Absolutely! Most people who join us feel the same at first - it's totally normal.
Our classes are very relaxed and beginner-friendly, with great music, friendly teachers and a welcoming vibe. The focus is on having fun and moving together, not perfection.
By the end of 10 weeks, you'll be confident dancing a full song - and enjoying it, not worrying about your feet.
You're not alone - starting something new can be nerve-wracking, especially if you've been feeling isolated or overwhelmed.
Please know:
Everyone here is coming for the same reason - to try something positive, for themselves
You don't need to talk if you're not ready - there's no pressure
You can take breaks, sit out at any time, or just come and watch the first week if that helps
Our facilitators will greet you, explain what to expect, and support you every step of the way
We're here to make this experience safe, supportive and genuinely uplifting.
